Developing on the same idea of sustainable development for a new world class city called Patna, BuysellrentPatna advocates that developers in Patna who build only green homes in their projects be  given certain incentives. 

Patna requires a vision to lead the sustainable urban development. A city which sees future. One way to encourage green buildings in Patna is that all state government organizations in Bihar mandate to build only green buildings. Additionally they can provide subsidies and incentives too.

Recently, Noida authority decided to reward developers who opted for Eco -friendly green construction by giving them 5% additional floor area ratio (FAR) for free. Extra FAR, operational cost savings, increased market value, green corporate image and reducing incremental cost ( maintenance costs in long term) will be the factors that will back the ECO friendly GREEN homes in Patna.
